Our day starts with a heartfelt greeting over a traditional Neapolitan espresso, setting the tone for our culinary exploration. I'll then take you on a short stroll to a historic spot near my home, the very birthplace of Neapolitan pizza.
The adventure continues as we visit a local market to hand-select the freshest tomatoes and mozzarella – key ingredients for our pizza. Once we've got everything, we'll head to my kitchen to begin our pizza crafting.
I'll guide you through each step, from choosing the right ingredients to kneading the dough, sharing family secrets and techniques that have been passed down through generations. You'll get hands-on experience in the art of pizza making, ensuring you learn the true essence of a Neapolitan pizza.
After about three hours of laughter, learning, and practical fun, we'll sit down to enjoy the pizzas we've created, a rewarding feast for our efforts.
To celebrate your journey into pizza making, I'll present you with a personalized diploma, certifying your new skills. And for the full experience, you'll be donning a traditional Neapolitan pizza chef's uniform – making you feel like a true pizzaiolo!
