Discover why cheese is a way of life for us! I'll tell you all about the history of the different families of French cheeses and about the way French families serve and eat cheese on an everyday basis. We just can't get enough!
During your private tasting, you'll feel like an expert. The French regions and their characteristics will become familiar to you. For example, the Comté is prepared in the mountains during the summer, then sent to the valley for a period of maturation which can last up to 42 months! You'll even get some interesting insights like the lovely story of the discovery of how to prepare Roquefort.
For a charming atmosphere, your tasting will take place in a cute little cheese shop near "Le Parc des Buttes Chaumont." It is an elegant boutique with an appetizing smell directly transporting you to the realm of cheese!
