Here’s an overview of your tour
Get ready to leave the bustling city of Taipei behind and let me pick you up to drive you to the north of Taiwan. On this 40-60 min drive, you can take in all the scenic sights.
As we arrive, let's take a short walk up the hill named "Happy Hill." Once you're there, you can overlook the beautiful panoramic sights and feel instant happiness! Let's take a walk and admire the views in the area.
Ready for a short drive to the wonderful Ocean Park? Over the years this area turned into a beautiful park along the coastline where you can feel the ocean breeze. From here you can see the famous Jiufen mountain. We can take a walk around the park to enjoy the views and listen to the waves.
I would also love to show you a beautiful old train station that was shut for a long time. Because of the great views, the government re-built the station and re-opened its doors in 2016. The train comes every hour so maybe you will see the train!
If the timing is right, feel free to hop on the train for one short stop to the next station, and I'll pick you up at the station.
Feeling peckish and ready for a delicious lunch? I can take you to a restaurant where you can try some authentic food and locally brewed beer over a friendly chat among the locals.
To top of your tour, I will drive you to the unique North Island that used to be a military control zone that's now open to the public. You can enjoy the different geology and some old military equipment.
