Here’s an overview of your tour

If you'd like to celebrate Raffaello in the 500th death's anniversary and also see the best of the Vatican Museums, this tour is what you need.

The first stop is the Picture Gallery, that holds a few paintings from the great Renaissance painter, and the famous Belgian tapestries, made copying Raffaello's paintings and used to decorate the Sistine Chapel walls. Inside this beautiful place you'll admire also paintings from Leonardo and Caravaggio and other masterpieces from Middle Ages to Modern Art.

After the Picture gallery, we'll see the great collection of the Popes from masterpieces to hidden gems, courtyards, and of course, the Sistine Chapel on a 4-hour tour that will give you more in-depth insights of the Museums.

After the small courtyard created for Pope Giulio II that hosts a vast collection of Ancient Art, be amazed by the incredible ceiling inside the Candleholders Gallery, check out the incredible art collection at Pio Clementino Museum, and stroll through the Geographic Maps Gallery, the longest room in the museum that represents Italy and its history.

This tour is not complete without a visit to Raffaello's Room, the famous apartments of the Pope Giulio II, all painted from the great painter and his students

We'll finish with the breathtaking Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Church.
