Travel in the past with me and learn about the little details of the daily life and the amazing architectonic buildings. See why the Roman empire held one of the most important civilizations the world has ever seen. Walk in the footsteps of a Pompeii citizen, understand how they enjoyed life, how they worked and what they valued.
In this 3-hour walking tour, you'll see the most important areas of the ancient city, like the Porta Marina(Sea Gate), the Main Square, The Roman Forum and The Temple of Apollo. Think it can't get better? It actually can! I'll also bring you to hidden spots out of the tourist routes and tell you all about them.
Since part of your experience will happen on our train ride from Naples to Pompeii, we'll take this time to talk about the Roman civilization, all its interesting traditions and the tragic end of Pompeii caused by the eruption of Vesuvius.
If you're coming from Rome to Napoli by yourself, take the high-speed train Frecciarossa which will take you to Napoli in around one hour (it goes up to 400kn per hour). The ride itself will be a unique experience! The train runs every hour and you can even book your ticket online (not included in this tour's cost).
